In this painting there will only be what you are able to find.
On this piece I tried to deconstruct the figurative elements unto a new language of abstract, putting in front of the observer a puzzle game where the elements make sense when they forcefully put the pieces together. The feeling of the space is reinforced with the choice of materials, is not a place where the light is a little bit dimmed, is a space of contrast, of pure pitched black, the velvet absorbs any possibilities of light bouncing off of it. Your eye is only guided by the reflections of the painting, that coincidentally are the only part of the piece with the ability to reflect, thanks to the materials of choice.
